One afternoon when we were in Alabama, we found a Firehouse Subs. The manager gave Luke a fireman's hat. He loved it! He wore it the whole time we ate.
We've discovered that Sam's is a great place to save some money on things like diapers. The carts are so big that they have two seats for babies. Luke was tired of being there so he just laid down in the other side!
He just rode around the store like this. We took the hint, hurried with our shopping, and went straight home for a nap.
On another trip to Sam's, he had more energy. We let him look around and play in one of the playhouses on display.
He LOVED it!!
And yesterday, we went to a kids store and were surprised to see police cars, search-and-rescue dogs and police on horses. They told us it was an annual event called Kids and Cops. Luke was fascinated by the horses. I snapped this picture really quick. You can't really see his face, but Luke wouldn't take his eyes off the horse.
